At Hausvalley Private Limited (“Hausvalley.com”), we empower everyday convenience through our customer experience and operational efficiency. Central to this mission is our commitment to creating inclusive digital products that can be used by everyone.

Our commitment

We are committed to providing digital platforms that are accessible to the widest possible audience, and we are actively working to increase the usability of our products. To support accessibility, we take a variety of actions, including:

regularly auditing our mobile app and website for technical compliance with an external agency;
carrying out user testing that includes users with disabilities;
maintaining an accessibility roadmap for continual improvement;
running an Accessibility Guild within our Product and Technology department to promote good practice; and
providing training for our employees and hiring specialists to support our commitment.

Level of accessibility

We are dedicated to making our digital products accessible to everyone. To further enhance the user experience, we are actively working on the following improvements:

ensuring that all screens are navigable using the keyboard alone, in the case of our website;
providing text descriptions for images to improve understanding;
enhancing colour contrast for better readability;
structuring heading elements for logical navigation; and
optimising text and layout to maintain clarity and usability when zoomed in.

Compliance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, defining three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. This website is currently partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
